The Minister of Health, Mr. Abdelhak Saihi, confirmed that the Algerian state pays great attention to the Hajj season, by supporting, mobilizing and recruiting all sectors concerned for its success, highlighting that his sector has harnessed all human and material means, most notably medicines and medical supplies, for the benefit of the pilgrims.

During the opening of the media and training day for the medical mission heading to the Holy Places for the Hajj season 1445 AH, Mr. Saihi noted the great role and noble work provided by the medical mission in serving the pilgrims by accompanying them, supervising them, and especially guiding them throughout the Hajj rituals.

The Minister of Health also pointed to the great interest that the Algerian state gives to the Hajj season, led by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, by supporting, mobilizing and recruiting all sectors concerned for its success. As for the Ministry of Health, a medical team consisting of 122 members has been recruited Providing tons of medicines and medical supplies necessary for this.

Mr. Saihi called on the members of the mission to maintain the level of coordination between the medical teams by adhering to and adhering to the instructions and plan set by the head of the mission, calling for attention to the psychological aspect of the pilgrims through good treatment and kind words to build bridges of love, affection and brotherhood between the medical mission and the pilgrims, and all of this will only come about with patience as Hajj involves meritorious hardship.

In the same context, the Minister praised the level and quality of services that the medical mission worked to provide during the past Hajj seasons, as testified by those in charge of the Hajj season in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighting the need to make more efforts to provide optimal care for the hadjis or pilgrims.
